I couldn't find a review less than one star rating. Today I received a call from a random person who falsely accused me of collecting their pizza which I wasn't aware of. I remember the delivery driver called me one day and asking me to collect the pizza which i hadn't ordered. i immediately told the delivery guy I hadn't ordered the pizza and then he left. Now I am receiving false accusations from the original customer. The customer told me it was the Domino's manager who told that I had collected their pizza. I directly went to the store and talked with the manager who didn't help me at all to sort this out. The manager told me he didn't tell the customer that I had taken their pizza!such a bad experience for me.
I’d put no stars if I could. Such a terrible store, we ordered bbq wings and received wings with no sauce on them at all, which is fine, mistakes happen I guess. But then, when we called them up get the right order the rude girl on shift refused to fix the order and just flat out didn’t believe us that the food was wrong. When we asked to speak to a manager, she refused that as well. We never even got a refund and the company never got back to us about our complaint about the food or the staff either. Generally just don’t care about their customers. Seems like they just think there’s not much other choice to order food around this area so they don’t care about service. Would never order from there again.
**Do not order** Once an order is taken online they're then unable to deliver. If you then go into the shop its absolute carnage, orders left on the side for longer than the 40mins ive been waiting. Theres other customers who've waited longer than 3hours.
Rubbish service .. took over an hour to deliver what was a cold and rubbish pizza...go to Calzone next door .. they do much better pizza..
Really bad company, and not actually good pizza anymore either. Driver breaks down so have to wait a week for a refund as they can't deliver. Waste of my time and no food, great, do not use. Charges for delivery due to rising fuel costs but the last two times I have ordered it has been delivered by bicycle? They use fuel now? Lying to customers to make extra profits.
Just a really bad dominos outlet. Don’t do extra toppings when added and basic pizzas are always very dry and minimum toppings. Ordered a pizza at 10:35pm on a Thursday. They close at 11pm the guy called and said sorry we are so busy it will be 1.5 hours to deliver your pizza they were closing in 25mins I said I’ll come and collect i got there not a single other pizza was being made and the driver even said I would of delivered this to you and when I told him what I was told on the phone call he went quiet and looked awkward. Liars and terrible pizza makers

Eating from this dominoes gave both me and my partner the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had in my life. Never had so much negative experience with a dominoes.
It took 40 minutes to make the 2 mile journey to mine last night, when the pizza boy turned up on his push bike I understood why. Fair play to him for slogging it out on his bike but Domino's, really?!?! The pizza was luke warm and missing it's dip and the cookies were burnt on the bottom.... this is not acceptable from a massive chain like Domino's! Newport pizza will get my business from now on, Domino's Saffron Walden you need to pull your finger out.
Pizza was really nice when it finally arrived. 1h15 from ordering to delivery, multiple phone calls. Felt sorry for the young girl taking calls as she was obviously not being supported by her manager. Phone calls unanswered, hung up once connected or left hanging in a queue. Won't use again. Newport Pizza gets our vote.
