Visited solely to clain the free 7 inch pizza offered via Wuntu/3. Astonishing to think this tiny pizza has a retail price of £6.49! Service was fine, the pizza was ready to collect at the nominated time. At least the identifying self-adhesive label peeled off cleanly, allowing the cardboard box to go in the compost.

Never again! I have used them for years, but the last three times (the last two with the same AWFUL manager 'Dhillon') they have been horrible. Failed to get the order correct, food arrives barely warm, and when you call to find out where your food is - as the app tells you its delivered while you are still without - you are told 4 minutes as a standard estimate. When the driver does arrive, they don't know what is in the bag (or not in there in most cases) and 20 minutes after the first lot was delivered, we are still waiting for the bits they failed to provide! My other option is to wait 7-10 days for them to refund me! Bit they can take my money for an awful service instantly apparently! Never never never! PIZZA HUT ALL THE WAY! 2 days later: just been contacted by Graham 'manager' apparently regarding Saturdays complaint as I went to head office... he called me to tell me I'm a liar! So much for the customer always being right lmao! No apology...just called me on a Monday evening whole I'm feeding my kids to try and argue with me over his branch's APPALLING SERVICE....wow, did not know domino's hired bully boys!

1.5h waiting for order came cold squashed boxes driver didn’t know where is the addres got to go find him. Reorder delivery another 1h and pizza still cold went downhill will not order ever again from this store Highly not recommended

Just awful! Ordered first time from this shop the waiting time was 45 mins when the app said pizza is delivered , yet no sign of the driver or the food. Thought it would be best to call up the shop, had the great pleasure of speaking with the manager who clearly had no clue where the food was, we confirmed the address five times ...that was fine 👍 .... Yet.... No clue! Kept on repeating the driver said it is delivered, and I kept asking so where is my food? He had no idea whatsoever! An other 30 mins gone by... My pizza most be frozen by now 😔 Let's call again, now we are very angry and hungry I want my food and a refund. So now the manager admitted the driver still has our food and he is still on the way, it has been 2hours now, I have been given store credit, not to be ungrateful but it was a lesser amount than what I have spent on a horrifyingly cold pizza and even worse service! Was promised a refund by the store manager which I have never received 😤 Anyway today, over a month later I have decided to use the store credit, after all everyone can have a bad day, maybe it was just one of those days, giving the benefit of the doubt was a mistake! Service was just as bad, food was just as disappointing... And no I still have not received my refund! Never ever again will place an order from here, I do not recommend to anyone and please do avoid this place, plenty locals offering pizzas at a better price, better quality, and with a friendlier service. E.g. Village Pizza in Eastcote

The pizza always comes cold and the manager is very in-denial and loud AVOID AT ALL COSTS.I cant believe the appalling experience i have had received from a company like dominos.
