Our waiter was aggressive and we were afraid of him. He served us on dirty plates with cheese stuck on from a previous meal. We assume this was to punish us for whatever we did to annoy him (he made it very clear that we had done something wrong at some point but what that was we're not sure). At the end he apologised saying he'd had a bad day but that was way too late, we'd already spent an incredibly uncomfortable time in the restaurant worrying about how more crazy our waiter could possibly act. After this experience I never ate at another Nando's again and I never will.

We were sat upstairs directly opposite the soft drink dispenser in a booth. The wall at the far end of our booth was disgusting it was covered in bits of food and shiny and sticky with dried soft drinks that had found its way on the wall! When I told a member of staff named Clare ( tall red head female) she was sarcastic and treated my complaint with disregard! And I took pictures that will go onto social media and I will be making a complaint to Hillingdons hygiene and cleanliness inspectors and emailing my photos to them!

Could be a bit quicker service, server could've been nicer.
