Empty restaurant and service still very slow, food comes fast but waiting to be served terrible. Watchout for the salad, not fresh had to return it, and they were unable to replace it.

It's a nice restaurant and the food is standard Prezzo but the service is so slow. While we were waiting to ask for the bill we could see staff sitting around chatting. I've found this with a few Prezzos. They may want to think about customer service training across their restaurants.

Great food, we had a buyagift voucher which limited our choices but food was very tasty. Drinks are expensive and service was slow even though it wasn't busy, but they were very friendly. Would recommend to go on a weekday or if there was an offer on. If you sign up to their newsletter you get sent lots of good deals and they also accept tastecard.
