Please DO NOT order from this Dominos. My recent experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered a tuna pizza, and what arrived was genuinely inedible—both in appearance and quality. The tuna was hard as a rock which suggests the cans were open and left uncovered for days if not weeks. I raised my concerns and the response from both customer service and the very rude lady in the store was dismissive and condescending. Instead of addressing the actual problem, they focused on reassuring me about their “strict protocols” and insisted the product was within their expected range—despite clear evidence to the contrary. Worse, they framed the replacement pizza I received as a “goodwill gesture,” when in reality, it was the bare minimum after serving UNSAFE food. Oh and get this, she even said that in order to get a replacement pizza, I had to send her back the tuna pizza guess she thought I was just complaining to get another free pizza. And I happily did send that horrible unsafe pizza right back to her. And even the one I got as replacement, I couldn’t eat because I was so disgusted and couldn't trust dominos in dunmow ever again.nnIt’s so disappointing to see a company more concerned with shutting down complaints than ensuring customer safety. So please DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. IT IS NOT SAFE. Want a good pizza place in Dunmow? Order from Dunmow Flames Pizza & Grill, they are more affordable and SOOO much better and kinder to people.

I want to give this 0 Stars !! Had a lovely fingernail on my pizza and blue plastic cooked into my potato wedge. Called to complain and the girl said ‘send an email and we will see what we can do’. No apology or offer of a refund. Went back into store and the manager looked at my nails to see if it matched the fingernail on my pizza. Then said it will take 3-5 business working days for a refund as I ordered online  No apology from the manager - never ordering again! Don't order from here! Rank!

Very good quality pizza. They got my order wrong, and corrected very quickly, they also still gave me the incorrect pizza as well as the correct one. Very good service

Had the pleasure of sitting in this quality establishment waiting for my pizza which was well worth the wait by the way,nThe staff here are fantastic, Happy bunch who need to be praised up for their quality service to the public

had few good pizza  recently but today saturday was truly awful over done x2 it gave me a very upset stomach all night longnmy son who visited me had one two and also complained about it toonlesson is dont buy any more and dont recommend
