Domino’s is passionate about being the best pizza company in the whole world. We want to deliver a piping hot pizza to your door under 22 minutes (yeah, that specific!). We know what YOU expect from us and we will try to exceed that each and every time by delivering quicker than anyone else, delivering better pizzas than anyone else and getting it right every time! This store doesn’t appear to have employed enough delivery drivers. As a result they have proven unable to cope on multiple occasions. We’ve given them a good chance and have ordered quite a few times, but unfortunately the food has arrived cold and late on more occasions than not. This evening we were waiting over 50 minutes from the time of ordering and it all had to be re heated on arrival which ruined all of the food. You may as well buy a pizza from Tesco and oven bake it yourself. It’ll be quicker, nicer and less stressful unfortunately.

The staff are good and the service is all right it is mostly quiet in the afternoon so they don't rush but all in all its a good place for a really nice 🍕

Avoid avoid AVOID ...often dog mess outside which gets in shop and 2x I've been in a left as it's been left and not cleaned up..last time the whole shop stank of dog mess so I was no way going to order food when it smells so bad and strong. Couldn't see it so must of been behi d counter where staff are in and out from deliveries. ALSO the first time I went the order took a very long time for just 2 pizzas...walked with 2 hungry kids in tow who had had enough by 10min wait let alone the hour..whilst there many people complained ..anyway walked home to find they had given us the wrong order...so had to go back. Was a nightmare. IF u like long waits...wrong order and a aroma of dog poo then this is place for u ..if not stick to the family owned pizza restaurant a few doors down or the kebab

Staff are rude,argumentative and speak very poor English. I waited a hour after i was told my pizza was ready and got nothing but a scowl from the manager and a poorly made wrong toppings pizza. Go to Glastonbury,Frome or Midsomer norton for Domino's. #dontwasteyourmoney

Hideous experience 5 times in a row! Last one was delivery within 30 minutes said by staff member, kids waiting up for pizza after 1 hour and 15 minutes I call to ask where it is, I'm told staff made a mistake and put it down for collection after he confirmed the address and vehicles on the drive for delivery. Offered new pizzas to be cooked and delivered from call at 10.50pm but far too late and kids were asleep, after 5 times of major failures, why wait again for yet another disappointment! Appalling, will never order anything from here again, we have had under cooked chicken strippers, a Texas BBQ pizza with tandoori chicken put on it, 1.5 hour waits for food and now no food at all tonight! I will be contacting the franchisor to report how this franchisee is ruining their reputation.
