Walked down to order a pizza. Took £15 cash for a £10.99 pizza. Couldn’t have it as they don’t take cash! Ridiculous! Went elsewhere for a better pizza and they were happy to take my legal tender sovereign notes, no problem. Tried once more, being careful to not take the national currency of the past few centuries and thought I’d try the new spicy sausage. They were out of stock of the toppings! They only have a few pizza toppings and all they sell is pizza. Why can they not keep on top of the most simple stock?! Its like Starbucks running out of coffee beans. A joke.
Poor service, waited for over 2 hours and nothing delivered bearing in mind I was told 20 minutes delivery time!! Rang shop and they said it had been delivered! In the end had to go and get it. Never use Henley again complete incompetence just to get a pizza!!!
Absolutely dreadful. Il never go there again. I strongly advise anyone else not to. Very rude young lady behind the counter.
I messed up the order, manager was very helpful and rectified although it was my fault. Great customer service thank you.

Absolutely awful. Almost 2 hours waiting for our food to arrive and still no sign of them or answer on the phone.
We've been loyal customers to this branch for quite some time but this was our last order here. Long story short, a meaty pizza was sent to me who I am a vegetarian. We called up and spoke to a lady and instead of receiving a polite apology we had to squeeze it out of her. She was incredibly rude and disrespectful, constantly interrupting. She insulted us by wrongfully assuming we called just to get a freeby so she said she will fix the error on the condition we send the wrong pizza back with an attitude. I've never been told that in the past anywhere else. We've spent hundreds of pounds there, if not more, most of the time generously tipping the drivers as well, come on... All we wanted was a reasonable compensation for the inconvenience and distress and a sincere apology. We got neither. She adamantly refused to provide us with the manager's name or her name. I mean wow... we were speechless... We've politely clarified that it's nothing personal, we just want the manager's name to file an official complaint but she was so desperate to end the conversation constantly repeating she's been on the phone to us for 10min it was 2min at first, instead of resolving it because she had other more important customers and she was wasting her precious time with us, and in the end she put the phone down on us. : Needless to say she ruined our evening and we will not spend another penny in Dominos ever again.
Stopped delivering to wargrave 3 miles away a couple of weeks ago. Still get leaflets through the door telling me there is delivery until 11pm, just to add insult to injury. Today we were going to pick up and they shut at 9pm, supposed to be open til 11. Tried to get Woodley to deliver as they did a couple of weeks ago apparently that was a mistake so they won't deliver anymore either. We then gave up and ordered from Papa Johns.
I don’t know what has happened to this place but a change of staff means a bad change of attitude. The staff used to be friendly and helpful in person and over the phone. The past few times I’ve called they have been unhelpful and rude but the last time I called on Friday was awful. The dominos website wasn’t finding our address, and doesn’t let you enter manually, so we called to order and explain. After ordering we questioned the price and said we had the voucher online, and was told it was online only. We explained that this was not our error due to the website not finding address as we would of proffered to order online In the first place. We were then told that “it was not his problem” so we asked to speak to the manager and he told us he was the manager and gave his name and said “still not my problem”. We stupidly still ordered but after 30 seconds , I rang back to cancel and tell them that we didn’t want the order now as the price is double and the staff were rude. The new person who answered the phone said there was no manager under the name we were given and that he was the manager. He was just as rude telling me my pizzas were in the oven and please don’t cancel. There was no way after 30 seconds that the pizzas were in the oven, and there was no way I was ordering from these guys after the way we were spoken too and lied to. We used to be regular customers of this branch but will never buy from them again. Sort your attitude out!!
The website ordering experience forced me to re-enter my order. I made a mistake but didn't realise it. The delivery experience was good for once, although the pizzas were not warm enough. I phoned to protest that I'd not received what I'd paid for. The person dealing with me, probably the franchisee given his outright arrogance, dealt with my query so insensitively, and kept rattling off in a foreign English making it difficult for me to get a word in. After he called me a "liar", I eventually found out by searching my orders online, that I had in fact been mistaken. My fault. But his reluctance to sort the problem out amiably, and his general demeanour right from the outset, really riled me and we ended up exchanging some heated words. My business is decimated right now due to Covid, yet I still bend over backwards for my clients. Perhaps he needs some customer relationship training! Despite living just across the road, we are never going to use them again, and will not recommend at all.
