Ordered for delivery.. Really disappointed. £3 for 2 small spring rolls with a pretty grim filling. The pizza was in a plastic bag with the chips, so the whole lot sweated to complete soggyness. It arrived luke warm. The pizza base was cooked on the bottom but so thick the top half hadn't cooked at all and was still dough. The cheese didn't cover completely. The double spicy beef was minimal, cheap, and not spicy. The only positive was the delivery driver who saw friendly..
We Ordered a takeaway through there app never had a problem before we waited 1hour 40 for the food to arrive and it still hadn’t arrived we then on mulitple occasions tried to contact them and was unable to!! Service was shocking
I had Fish & Chips, which was lovely and soft and not too hard = Yummy!Food: 5/5
Very very slow, me and my partner were waiting 25 minutes for our food, people walked in after us and got their food done and walked out within 4 minutes of walking in, we only wanted chips and 2 sausages. Will not be returning. Never known a place to be so slow.
Was delivered an hour early and not everyone was home so was binned as it was cold. Do they answer phone NO. Used to b lovely but is not now. Don’t bother
Since using deliveroo and this chip shop I have had hundreds of pounds removed from my account.... I would definitely never use these again and police have been informed as they try to take money every week
Ok if you're absolutely starving with nowhere else open and you're visiting Bristol for business, but food wise certainly not the quality we would expect from a chippy. Maybe we are spoilt up in the West Midlands.
Honestly the worst takeaway experience of my life, fish was off and the chips looked like they had been dropped on the floor as they were covered in gritty black bits, pizza was also awful
Ordered previously through Uber Eats with no issues. Tonight's order was delivered very quickly before the time stated. Well....the pizza looked disgusting it had been moved all around the box and half of the toppings were off. Although the top and bottom of the pizza looked cooked it actually wasn't. The dough was uncooked and soggy. The cheesy chips were cold and looked like yesterdays chips. Kebab meat and chips were the same. Tried to get through on the phone numerous times with no answer. I have now gone through Uber Eats .
Outstanding Cod and Chips, freshly made when ordered. Very good service, always been going here for a takeout. Don’t know why the reviews are 1 star over 2.7. 5 stars from me
