Met my wife  there  in 1982 she was a student  there   took the wedding  party  there  .It was the ultimate  rock pub .So nice  to see its back to its best.   NCC   and other  clubs all went . Happy  days good  luck to the new owners

Sadly a short while ago the dog fell on its arse but luckily for us hardened locals it's recently refurbished opened with wonderful new management and a lovely young couple taking this pub to new heights n bringing back the dog and partridge we all missed n love

An excellent place to stop for a beer, be it a pint of lager or cask ale. Friendly, helpful and professional service at competitive prices for Preston. Great area out back for social distancing or a smoke/vape. Cash or contactless both available. Clean and fresh W.C.
