I am giving this bus station a 4. Its getting a 4 as i remember the old bus station. Horrible looking outdoor bus station that looked like a great filming place for a horror film. Chorley bus station could do with some improvements. It has plug sockets, but don't you dare use them! Or else an angry security will guard will tell you off. I remember they also had a board with times of buses coming on. Then eventually for some unknown reason switched it off and got rid of the board altogether. That board was helpful, now i have to try work out which stand the bus goes to and figure out the times myself. Since i can barely tell time, its a struggle. I remember at school, the teacher went out the room and asked us to count how many times the clock hand moved forward. We all gave wildly different numbers. Kids can be so stupid cant they

Would not advise anyone to use the bus station on a Sunday evening if they expect to receive helpful advice. Very poor experience on 2.07. complaint to manager on its way!
terrible service was advised that the service was back to normal on 29/12/16 which was obviously a lie as waited at Horwich leisure centre from.07.55 till 08.25 for a bus very disappointed why don't you put notices inside the boards at the stops so people don't get frustrated
Good enclosed bus station although transport links are not that good.
It is a very impressive building for the transport in Chorley
