A friend of mine was able to get into the toilets which people say is usually not available. I was very surprised & happy for her.
A bit of a ghost station. The accessible toilets are never open. The lift does work after a fashion. The roll on roll off type. No where to wee if the train is delayed.
Toilets don't work so when train is delayed and you have a young child who needs the toilet there's nowhere to go, waited for the delayed train when it turned up there were only 2 carriages on a bank holiday heading to Blackpool so not everyone could get on and had to wait another 30 mins for the next train
Bit old and run down, staff not helpful at all , i was only dropping someone off and asked the grumpy tickets office bloke if they had a toilets he just said NO !!! ,nLooked on line and they do ,
Bus shelter type seating on a rainy December morning, not exactly luxurious.
