The young man serving in your kiosk on Thursday afternoon 10th August is a credit to your company. He went above and beyond to help us in a crisis. We were able to get cash, use the loo and get a taxi to our hotel. Clueless visitors from Leeds celebrating our 50th anniversary.
Jeff is the best Tesco employee in the country. I am not an often guest, but he makes shopping experience excellent and I am not entirely sure why. Obviously his service is top level and he is well spoken for me - foreigner but there's much more in it! Just been now after not shopping there for 6 months and he made me happier than 2 mins before, when entering the store. And I am actually being serious!! What a guy.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!! I went to buy a George Forman grill thinking it would come with everything you needed in the box, When I got home I opened the box and realised that it didn’t come with any oil to grease the grill or any meat to put on it, and when I rung up to complain about it the woman named Shanice told me to come back to the shop if I wasn’t happy and buy the ingredients separately which I was not happy about it. Therefore I won’t be attending this Tesco ever again!
