The White Gallery has a lovely friendly atmosphere and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and patient on a recent visit. 
The bijou boutique is beautifully presented and even smelled delightful.  
Carrying a fabulous array of dresses, they understand how important the decision is to the wearer when choosing 'the dress' and my daughter wasn't rushed in the slightest when trying on numerous prom dresses. The lovely lady that assisted her (sadly I didn't get her name but she was one of the beautiful twins ) readily offered her advice and opinions throughout our appointment and it made the shopping experience that much easier.  My daughter found the perfect dress and it was the first boutique we had visited! So glad that my next few Saturdays aren't now being spent searching for The One!

Worst experience in any shop I have ever been in. No customer service what so ever. It was like being julia Roberts in pretty woman.

By far the best bridal shop in the North West! I've been to a fair few and nowhere came close to the White Gallery in terms of service and dress choices. They genuinely care that you get the dress that is right for you and make you feel so special each and every time you go! I can't thank them enough for all their help.
