Well what Can I say. Not even one star the shop is a utter mess! However some staff always happy to help, but when asking about something that was priced wrong at the till I was met with what I can only describe poor ‘management’. The lady on till called for management that took near enough 15 mins to come. And The man was very snappy and rude and basically shot me down straight away when I said you cannot false advertise  and that it’s the law to give the costumer that price, it is advertised as.

Very unhappy with the Warrington Store it's a complete mess items in the 50p aisle were charged at £1.50 each when I asked for a price check the cashier was not happy and after much sighing called the manager who looked about 14 and just wasn't interested ,  he said items were in wrong place as they hadn't time to sort things out , these items were craft items from the stationary aisle , might just as well have said he couldn't care less . The attitude of staff is a disgrace and senior management should be looking at the Warrington Store .

Awful customer service....waited more than 20minutes to do a return as no member of management team available to do the return and when they took 30min....and didn't even apologize
