Place has gone downhill since the refurb. Hardly anything in we used to buy. Things they do have in is often out of stock.nnToday's visit they've no changed the trolleys to need a coin to use with zero warning. A simple sign near the doors would have been nice to say they were implementing this. Not everyone carries coins around now. We've arrived to do a weekly shop and not be able to do this.
Lovely visit again to the cafe..... coffee always lovely and the service excellent. Big shout out to Vicky .... she always has a lovely smile and nothing is too much trouble if you need to adapt your order from the order point. Always happy to see her
Picture of your staff standing around whilst people are pushing full trollies through self service having to do work that they are paid for and refusing to go on the tills, disgraceful never once had good customer service from this shop!
Massive range of products, sometimes the world foods isle has products I've never seen before which is always fun.nnOnly issue is club card prices. It seems like the price you would pay if you had a club card is what it should normally be priced at. I can't think of specificnexamples but it would be like paying £4 for a pepperoni pizza but £3 on clubcard. Bit daft really.nnAnd tobacco prices have always been abysmal at tesco, but not everyone smokes hence 4/5
Excellent parking facilities. Large 'warehouse' shop filled with own and major brands. Selection is 99% always on the shelf and what makes this retailer a better shopping experience is the extremely friendly and helpful staff.nWell done Tesco - could you try to do the same in Tesco Lotus - it would be a Godsend?
