Great car service as well as Customer Service!

The service I received from Direct Motor Services can only be described as first class, I found Tony(the director and lead mechanic) to be a highly competent and skilled worker. Tony went above and beyond in order to ensure I was back on the road quickly and my vehicle was of a roadworthy condition. I'm terms of following customer service protocols, Tony kept me informed throughout as to the progress of my vehicle repairs and expected completion time. A first class customer service experience, highly recommended.
