First time I have used this garage. The 2 people behind the reception desk were really nice and explained upfront that it may take about half an hour for the diagnostics to come back but there is a waiting room with chairs and a drinks machine so I was fine with that. Half an hour later they came back with results. Although they couldn't do the work as it had got to be taken back to the dealer I was very happy with their service. Will definitely be using them again in the future. ☺

Been coming here for years now. This rating is based on my last visit Jan 2018.
This occasion, I called up pre mot and service, to get some work done, I wanted a price, the bloke who answered the phone obviously wasn't listening to me as I had to repeat myself a few times. I asked for a rough price, he said he couldn't give me one for some parts, which is fine, but I wanted one for the rest of the work, he seemed disinterested in what I had to say, just wanted to book me in, which he did, so then i had to ask again if he was going to call me back with a price. He said he would. He never did.
Two weeks after, on the day of the booking, my partner took the car in, just before 9am, my partner called me after he dropped it off and said he asked why we weren't called for a quote, they said they didn't have our right number (don't know if to believe them, but I wouldn't be surprised if they got it wrong), then he said the bloke behind the counter was so busy chatting to his colleague that he didn't write my number down right again. He asked for a quote, he couldn't give one. My partner said no works to be carried out until you call us with a quote. Come lunch time I'd heard nothing,so I walked down to the garage, my car was sitting outside still.
I walked in and two men were talking behind the counter. I waited. Then the phone rang. One answered the phone and the other walked off!! Charming.
I went to the garage next door while they took the call, to get a feel for the place. I decided I'd rather give my money to them.
I went back to he garage and I asked for my key back and said that I didn't want work done here. They asked what car I had and gave me the key (without checking who I was or asking if everything was OK, or if they could help, or why I was going...... Nothing) and they walked off. Top notch customer service!
I went next door. I got a quote and my work to be done, had it done. Fantastic , I'll be going back for my mot and service.
Another case of a company getting too big, too fast and forgetting about customer service and looking after customers that have been loyal for years, my custom or loyalty means nothing to them, obviously! I'm not saying the work done there is bad as I didn't get that far, but when the front of house have bad manners, it doesn't give you much hope and trust, it radiates through the entire company! I won't be back.

Took them 50 mins to actually realise that i was still waiting for my tyre to be changed. when i asked the gentleman at the counter how much longer, he replied " I did say 20 Minutes" to which i replied, "its been 50 minutes"
No apology, walks off and to my shock i see him personally changing my tyre, car returned to me after 1h10 mins, and again no apology.

We had a major service on our Skoda in December, and at the end of January the " oil " indicator came up on display. I phoned Eurofit, told to bring the car in for inspection. Within twenty minutes it was seen by a mechanic, five minutes later it was fixed at no charge! What service, would recommend them for an excellent job.

(AVOID THIS TEST CENTRE) I Went for an MOT, it fails MOT, FINE that's not a problem, but the problem is that, they fail you (9 out 10) just because they want to repair the car for. They are not honest with you. After the fail MOT I brought the parts and took them to a garage to have them fitted, they refuse to change it because there was no fault with the part on the car in the first place. Then took it to another garage, they said the same. I called the MOT centre and they said no you have to change it to pass MOT, they asked for £377.80 to repair it to pass MOT. I still changed it all and cost me £195. They fail you so they can ripe you off with their repairing. First time been there never ever will return
