I was initially a little disgruntled about the delivery of my Birkenstock Sandles and didnt have a great experience with the owner, however my sandles arrived today and i am more than pleased with them!! After previously writing a bad review with one star, Marian at the store who i spoke with today gave me fantastic customer service and has completely changed my opinion of the store!! The owner should be proud that she has such a lovely member of staff and thank her for the service she provided me today. If it wasnt for Marian i would not have been inclined to purchase from this store in the future! Thank you Marian :)
