Great shoe shop with helpful staff. Big selection of shoes in many sizes. Great for children's fittings and measuring. Someone's not got the style we like in the size we need but there's always another style!

I came into Clarks outlet with my son today who had been previously fitted but was complaining the shoes were too tight. Immediately Helen and the team helped me and my son, find a new comfortable pair of shoes. Nothing was too much trouble and they exchanged the ill fitting shoes for a great fitting new pair. Thank you so much for your help, highly recommended Helen and her team.
These are really good took 2 children for measuring and was great they do like to check the fits are good, both kids were happy with the new shoes
I have given a generous 2-stars!! This really is no more than a large -ish store with not a lot of choice! It is set in a now deserted complex so the whole place a has an eerie feel. I will not be returning!
While buying some shoes today my friend asked the woman if she could put the shoes on that she was going to buy. The lady said yes then as my friend was putting them on the woman watched her and said to me not knowing that we where friends I am just making sure that she doesn't run out of the shop with them. I was so offended and believed this to be so rude. I was also even more offended at the fact that sheif I wasn't her friend she would have been discussing something like that with another customer about her. This is not acceptable
I preferred when the shop was in the old K factory when there was more space. However still the place for some great bargains. I always buy my son's school shoes. Friendly staff.
