Great place for a great choice of sofas to suit all budgets. Staff not pushy at all But will help when asked and very knowledgeable about fillings and features of sofas. This one’s for me
I was not harassed. Left alone to browse but when I needed advice I was given such useful advice by an experienced staff member who clearly knew their products well. I was shopping for a sofa bed and found several good ones. I purchased a 3 seater sofa before from DFS and got to pay it off over 3 years interest free. It still looks very good and electric recliner has given me no issues. Its a leather sofa. I would consider buying products again from this store.
We bought a country living sofa purchased in January, delivered 23rd February. It came damaged scuffed on the arm which was immediately reported, they arranged a repair with a date so the wife booked a days holiday only for them to cancel the next morning . We get a phone call now and again for an update to come and repair. We told them it needs to be a Saturday noe ,aswe both work. It's now near june and still not resolved. Disgusting service be aware of the sales pitch . Just lies
We ordered a new sofa and arranged delivery for a Saturday. The latest delivery time came and went with no contact from dfs so we had to call them, only to be told they were very behind and it wasn’t likely it would be delivered that day. Having stayed in all day I wasn’t happy. They said they’d call the next day to arrange a new slot as they wouldn’t be able to deliver it at all that weekend. They did not call. Again, I had to contact them and they offered a delivery time 2 weeks later. I’m disgusted by the unprofessional way they operate their deliveries given they are so keen in store to sell the product. I’ve since heard of many other similar stories to ours. I’ll wait and see if it turns up this time..won’t hold my breath, even though I’ll have to take a day off work!! Will not use again!!
I'd be giving my review 1 star if it wasn't for one staff member trying their best to resolve our issue. Avoid DFS if you want clear, honest customer service, you don't want your furniture lost, or you want your products delivered on time if they weren't lost. I will never buy from DFS again.
What an absolute 10/10 service from the team. There was nothing to hard for them, which allowed a smooth and perfect customer experience. Great knowledge of products and very keen and dedicated to find a perfect match, not just to get the sail.

Awful after sales. I would avoid at all costs. Still waiting for replacement parts for our sofa that was delivered in April 2023 - It is now February 2024. 10 months down the line and the furniture is not as it should be! You get no updates, no calls when you are promised them. Customer service ks non existent.
They’re not with this Office but don’t take the extended guarantee it’s a rip-off. They don’t honour it the waste of time that refuse to do anything about it. DFS is sold me this insurance policy. It ain’t worth piece of paper it’s written on And the company that who’s got it now guardsmen they need serious help with customer skills customer service so please don’t buy nothing from DFS especially extended guarantee stay away from it. It’s expensive. He ain’t worth it.
