Fabulous at sales but customer service is the worst I've experienced from all staff involved.
Sofa didn't fit after 15 week wait and that is apparently the buyers fault but can be sorted if pay £250approx on top or lose my £250approx deposit.
 Win win for DFS!

I Was in the store for over an hour and a half purchasing furniture and was NOT offered any beverages, I feel this is inadequate customer service having spent a large amount of money. I hope staff will acknowledge there faults and provide good customer services. Ps. I was very thirsty!

Spent  over  an  hour  here  staff  were  nice  and  friendly  not  pushy.  Chose  a  sofa  had  a  coffee  while  sorting  the  paperwork. Left  a  happy  bunny.  A  very  nice  afternoon  in  DRS!!!

A great place to buy your sofas we bought the morland sofa chair and poufe .Thankyou to john who made us very welcome. The store is lovely and relaxing with an exellent choice of sofas ..Our sofas arrived in 28 days . A great experience from start to finish
