After being recommended to the bed shop in Cannock we have now used them twice. Both times the customer service and value for money has been excellent. Today was outstanding. We needed a new mattress following a ceiling collapse in our bedroom. Dale and his manager found just what we were looking for at a very competitive price. The mattress was in stock and we were able to collect. Excellent service from a local independent business!

I have now ordered three beds/ divans from the bed shop in Cannock. The gentleman who greets you has worked there for many years and has just taken over as the new owner. He is very relaxed and easy to talk to and offers great advice when looking for a bed as has never pushed for a sale.  Good guy with great service. Recommend.

Fabulous company. We loved the fact there was no hard sell or pressure to buy at this shop. Owner explained the various beds to us then left us to decide. Very easy ordering system, delivery explained, two man delivery, taken to bedroom and put together. All rubbish removed, ready for you to enjoy. Very polite and friendly delivery men too. This is a family run business and to us was so much better than the large chains we had used previously.  We would recommend and definitely use again. Give them a try I'm sure like us you will not be disappointed

Fantastic service. Offered to close the shop for my mother’s anxiety of having to normally shield so that we would not encounter other customers. No pushy or upselling, no pressure to buy and gave us all the advice we asked for. Bed delivered in good time, super comfy and well worth every penny. Delivery even came with mince pies! We felt like we were treated beyond the normal expectations found at other stores. Definitely buy again from here and wouldn’t think twice about going anywhere else!

First rate experience. The guys are extremely knowledgeable and insisted I tried out the beds properly by lying down on my side rather than just on my back to get the best idea of what was our perfect mattress. Speedy ordering and delivery service deliveries are on a Friday only and they were accommodating of our work commitments. Would 100% recommend, excellent service.

Ordered two adjustable beds some months ago, but due to mix up with The Bed Shop's supplier the wrong heights too high because of my wife's several ailments were supplied, which was only noticed when the beds were in situ. The added complication is that we live in an older house with stairs difficult to negotiate. Ever since we had the beds Richard has been in almost constant action to find beds of the right height. He came to the house on several occasions to test whether a particular base would go up the stairs. At long last, several months later, he eventually located beds of the right height and today came and fitted them, even temporarily taking the bannisters off the stairs to get the beds upstairs. He totally went over and above the call of duty to get the right sized beds which now sit proudly in our bedroom. Can't praise Richard enough and so glad we shopped local. Doubt very much if we would have had the same kind of service with a smile if we had purchased on the Internet. Thanks again Richard and all at The Bed Shop. Very well done!!

Had a Mattress from here delivered When promised , easy going sales Guys and knowledgeable. Didn't bother to haggle , local business Needs the money to keep afloat.. Will definitely recommend. Cheers Lee

Excellent choice and very good prices.  Very quick delivery and not only was the service excellent but, the delivery guys were excellent.  I cannot give enough praise for this local establishment, if there were 10 stars I would give them. So come on folks support your local shops :-

Excellent customer service and knowledge, with two lovely polite chaps who put bed together. If you want old fashioned service with reasonable prices give them a try.
