I have rented out my flat on Sutherland Avenue through Braithwait this March, and I couldn’t be happier with the service in finding me a professional young couple. The whole process was very smooth. As I am moving abroad their option for management of the flat was ideal and very reasonable. Where I needed some painting works their contractors were quick and finished to a high standard. I couldn’t be more impressed!
Poor letting agents, managed a flat that we rented through an insurance claim. Had issues during letting with getting some issues with the flat sorted, then at end of tenancy, claimed £1500 of damage from the deposit, which we disputed. Also had tradesmen doing work in the flat before the end of tenancy, without discussing this with the renters, this may have caused the damage we were then attempted to be charged for. The property manager was extremely hard to get any information out of, seemingly unable to provide information or reply to phone calls and emails, took over 2 months to get the dispute sorted, alot of time taken and stress caused, then were not even organised enough to deal with the claim in time, resulting in the full return of the deposit. Even the insurance company agents could not believe the poor levels of customer service. I would avoid renting through this company.
I highly recommend Braithwait as they helped me find my desired home within my budget. The service was excellent and the support I received during the buying process from Nicola Nyack was remarkable. It was above and beyond 5-star service.
Very professional, good Real Estate boutique. Fulad and Alan were very professional and responsive in renting out the flat and putting together the contract.

Useless letting agents. We've been trying to get them to organise the return of our deposit. After 5 weeks we haven't been able to get hold of the agent responsible, Alan, and no other members of staff have taken up the request. We also attempted to renew our contract midway through the tenancy. After multiple attempts the agent was unable to attach the document to an email.
