Very nice area, the shop is on the main road so can spot easily. Parking can be a little difficult so if your driving best to go at quieter times. The store was nice and had a nice selection of goods on display. Nice feel to the store. However, when I walked in i wasnt greeted or approached by any staff so left empty handed.
Worst customer service ever!!!! They are too snobbish to speak to customer.
Terrible customer service Such a shame as Charlotte's agency back in the day had such a friendly vibe. There's the occasional lovely person working there but mostly filled affected girls who seem may have the plummy accent but certainly no manners!
Great items but very poor costumer service, the two shop assistants were more focused on their phones than on costumers
A fantastic little store at a great location, the ladies who work there are so lovely and just super friendly. I have already managed to sell an unwanted designer item at a great price. More underway. Thanks a lot!
A lovely shop, expert team they really understand what will/won't sell and how to price the clothes and reasonably-priced designer clothes/accessories in very good condition.
Deuxieme is a great shop that always offers a huge selection of designer pieces - I always find a great bargain and the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Go check it out!
Very poor customer service- the shop assistants are not helpful.
