Unpleasant and unhelpful buyers. I honestly believed my items were genuine but I felt humiliated and made to feel like a criminal con-woman. Any thoughts of browsing were quashed because I couldn't get out of the door fast enough! The buyers may be knowledgeable but they sure need training in customer services.

Staff are so rude, unhelpful and not knowledgeable. You can find gems here but it’s starting to look and smell like a dodgy charity shop. Management-sort your staff out! It’s a great store and I’d hate to walk past here one day and discover you’ve become a generic coffee shop...

Staff are very rude and offer ridiculously low amounts on designer items. I wasted my time

Gave me £40 for a brand new Alexander mcqueen dress - assured me that was all it was worth. I was naive and they took advantage. Walked past and the dress was on sale for £220. Do not take your stuff there - they take advantage. Disgraceful!
