I have had many many treatments over the years. My teeth are extremely important to me. I have high expectations and apprehensions of dental treatment. My mother Melanie went to dentique a few months ago and was told that teeth whitening would cost £299 at the time. On her first appointment she was charged around £200 which was for xrays, general checks etc. Basically after she had received her treatment she ended up paying around £600 and during her treatment he was chatting non stop to another member of staff whilst in the same room which didn't even have anything to do about teeth. After the treatment I was unhappy with my results and when I went back he was asking my mum random questions such as..where do you work, how much do you earn. I was shocked as it's nothing to do with any of the staff there as she had already paid In full. The receptionist who has long brown hair was also rude towards my mother. They must seem to want to get as much money out of my mother as possible. They are very unprofessional and I would reccommend avoiding this place and going elsewhere.

I hadn't been to the dentist for years because of extreme fear. My teeth caused me some serious issues so I plucked up the courage 3 or 4 years ago and was recommended to try Dentique. It was the first time any dentist had not brushed away my fears. Ian Clift listened to me , checked my teeth, gave me a full breakdown of what he recommended (with some cheaper alternatives) and together we decided on the stages of treatment. I was fully aware of the time for, and probable costs of, each stage and given the choice of delaying some of the work should I choose. I am still frightened of dental treatment but I love my new teeth and am happy to go for my 6 monthly check up knowing that all the staff are aware of my fear and take it into account at all times.

I’m very happy with Dentique. I was nervous about changing to a new dentist when I moved to Leicester, especially as I have needed specialist dental treatment at a dental hospital in the past. On the recommendation of friend, I tried Dentique. The service is first class. I receive excellent dental care, in terms of treatment, routine check-ups, cleaning and maintenance. The dentists and personnel are trained in the latest techniques and listened to my concerns and provided a treatment plan. The reception staff are knowledgeable, cheerful and helpful. I am able to book appointments to suit my unpredictable working hours, and on the occasion that I needed it (broken tooth), I received excellent and timely emergency care. All areas of the Practice are spotlessly clean, which is important to me. I now have greatly improved dental and gum health, my smile looks great, and I will continue to use Dentique.
