In theory I love walking around this shop, the smell of perfume and cosmetics is one I can't resist. Practically though, it's one I nip into when I'm busting for the loo! Which by the way, are very clean, but usually at least semi full. It's a shop I'd love to be able to afford to shop in, but probably not in my lifetime, unless I win the lottery. I did once buy a party dress here, but 30 years on I could still cry at the £200 that it cost ( and I didn't pay for it!!!) A mixture of attitudes with the staff, same as any other shop. Some lovely and friendly, others look down their noses at you. A great shop if you can comfortably afford to shop there or enjoy a browse!

A nice selection of goods. You can browse at your own pace. Staff friendly and helpful.

Easy access by bus or car. I live this store. The resteraunt is my favourite for breakfast. Morning coffee or a meal. Good food and helpful staff.

I had an excellent shopping experience with a very friendly and professional lady on the Kiel's counter today. Cadie listened to my needs and carefully worked out the best products for my skin without me feeling rushed or pressured. She was simply great. I would highly recommend anyone with super sensitive skin to give her a visit. It was telling that other staff from other counters were popping over for skin advice!

They had a good Travel rate and a voucher option. The y never gave the voucher in store or sent it via email. Head office are very unhelpful so don't bother going there for offers as they don't honour them.
