Story

Born in 1996, Cool DIscs is highly regarded in music circles and are renowned for their commitment and support of local and Irish music in general.
Without doubt, Derry's & the North Wests best and oldest record shop, you never know what you will find...
Cool Discs is a "proper" record shop and by that we mean we are the ONLY record shop in Derry & the North West that supports and offers NEW RELEASES every week of every year since we opened our doors.
On top of this.......we have a huge back catalogue for your browsing pleasure.
The shop now has approximately 13,000 titles on vinyl,cd,dvd,box sets,& books.
Many of the records we stock are ltd edition when first released and become instant collectors items.

We have very recently started "cool used" - used vinyl at SENSIBLE & REALISTIC prices and we will increase what we have to offer as we find the space!!

We stock all kinds of music and you will find something for everyone with many genre's.....Alternative,Indie,Rock,Punk,Electronica,Blues,Folk,Country,S/tracks,Folk,World,Soul,Ska,Dance and on and on.....

Cool Discs are the main Ticket Master agent in Derry and leading coach provider to concerts and events all over Ireland.

Away from retail we also promote gig's in various venue's through out Derry & the North West.
