I've been in a couple times recently and the service has been top notch. Quick to acknowledge and offer assistance, all questions answered and help with purchasing the right product.

First class warm and friendly shop run by Musicians for Musicans at every level. I would like to than especially Stevie for repairing my 1980s Strat with no questions asked. Given professional advice and going the extra mile. I was waiting on a guitar tec to adjust the action on my Martin for several weeks. I took the chance and took it to Stevie who serviced it , restrung it and adjusted the action in two hours for a very reasonable  twenty pounds. I can't thank or praise him enough and wouldn't hesitate giving Hendersons my repeat business

This is a quality music shop. The service I received was excellent and my Ibanez am93 is playing like a dream after a service from Brian. Highly recommend for any serious musicians.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff at Henderson Music

Most equipment in this shop is completely overpriced. The owners target beginner musicians with little knowledge of going prices for musical equipment and sell them cheaper, low end equipment at an extortionate price.  Also, they do not stock many higher end products. This tactic is to keep the clueless customers coming back once their cheap equipment breaks and they have to buy it again. Terrible service and rude staff.  Stay away from this shop and buy your equipment online.

Top notch setups, services and restrings by Brian and Stephen. Resurrected the old Epiphone SG and got the Schecter Evil Twin playing nicely, and in tune!

Stop giving your money to Jeff Bezos and keep local music shops alive, a few extra pounds won't make you die. We all need somewhere to play Stairway to Heaven, very helpful staff and the tanglewood acoustics are great

I was in buying my son his first electric guitar yesterday. Staff member Stephen was really helpful and professional. Will be back again and definitely recommending to family and friends.

Great shop lovely staff

I asked them if they had a certain guitar which I was looking for. They didn't have it in store but ordered it for me so that I could go to the store to check out the guitar. It was great service and same price as I was finding online, but being able to play it before buying it and having the store on my door step, was excellent. Highly recommend this store.
