They sell clothes and lie to customers! Would avoid,as there are plenty of other retailers in the Arndale centre that I've never had any returns issues with. Also..how can I possibly know an item is too large without wearing it? Yet wearing it voids the returns process! Try your luck here, or shop somewhere more humane. Such a disappointing first experience of animal!
