Whenever you read some people's reviews you always think these are the exceptions. However I wish I listened to them all. As every review I read is what I have experienced. I know nothing about cars at all. The reason I bought from Dean Smith was that they had they had their own garage and that the car was going to get a full service and full MOT. He also delivered it as well as I'm not local to bury. The warranty is with them as well.  I rang them up and I booked a day off in order to take to them to get In my head it wasn't going to be much of a job. I arrived bang on 9.30 and the mechanic took the keys my details and said he would get someone to give me a call. 3 hours of hanging round radcliffe no call. I rang them to be told the mechanic wasn't working that morning it would be sorted in the pm. I waited another 3 hours. Still no call. I went round and no one was around. I rang the number only to be told mechanic had gone sick and could I bring it back.  I just wasted a whole day hanging around when a simple phone call to say it wasn't possible would have been better.  I'm going to have to take it to a local garage at my own cost now as I can not afford the time to take it back to bury to sort.  Once these guys have your money then there is no after sales care at all.  I will not be buying or recommending them to anyone unless you are local to the area.

Bought car from here as have friends.  All been very happy with cars.  Have had cars repaired here and recommend this garage to all.  Great work and price.

Avoid this place. Bought a car what was advertised as superb and broke down on way home. Rang dean smith and they said let us no how you get on. I had to get car recovered of m6 at my expense. They advertise all there cars come with a full mot and serviced. It had not been serviced and had 5 months mot when checked. I've still not received the v5. Once they've got your money there not interested. No after sales service at all. Even though all cars have a thirty day warranty. DO NOT buy a car from here just wish I hadn't

Not impressed. Bought a car back in December, had to go back 2 weeks later as they had failed to spot a faulty wheel bearing. Was sold with a full service but front brake pads were down to the metal, discs were shot, air filter hadn't been changed and the cap left off the brake fluid res. Bought over 25 cars in my lifetime as this was the worst service by far!

Latest update, the car was up on the ramps today and it turns out the exhaust has been bodged as well leading to yet another expense. Oh and a snapped spring which my mechanic has advised has been like this for months.

Bought 2 cars now from dean smith car sales .the first one was brilliant and passed the next mot with no  advisories.  The second one had a oil leak after a week , which dean sorted out no problem  and didn't charge . Also passed the next mot easily.    Great service , Great bloke and good after sales service. I have still got both cars. Would Definitely buy from Dean again.
