Bought a car off these back in January. Dan was a great guy, really helpful in sorting it all out for me. Couldn't be more happy with my car, had no problems with it and it recently passed its MOT with nothing major. They seem like a really decent, honest garage.

Just bought a Car from DB Car Sales. They fairly assessed my part-ex vehicle and we did a good deal. The vehicle has been prepared perfectly, really really clean, Dan had put plenty of petrol in, a full year MOT, and checked all the vitals before I collected. He even got the road tax it was free and the process hassle free. It has been a happy and easy transaction. I highly recommend.

I'm very pleased with my purchase. I've bought a few cars over the years, and you develop an intuition for a fair and honest dealer. Dan is certainly one of those. He gave me a good p/x deal, kept me fully informed throughout the process, and the car was presented in great condition. I bought this car on trust at a distance, and I haven't been disappointed.

Bought a car from these guys all seemed great. Dan was accomadatimg and due to their mechanic having the car for longer than anticipated they even delivered it for me.  On delivery i noticed a 12 inch scratch over the front fender, i also noticed a clunking noise when pulling off, the electric windows kept bouncing back down when trying to do them up and the allignment hadnt been done. The steering wheel was pointing at about 2 oclock so quite severe. Also i could see the auxillary belt tensioner had failed, it was wobbling therfore offering little tension to the belt.  There was also a horrible noise coming from the steering wheel when turning and one of the bolts at the top of the suspension strut was not even finger tight. Shocking!!  Dan offered to pay for this to be done and was very efficient and fair when reinbursing me the funds.  As time went on the oil level dropped from full to half after about 2 and a half k. I noticed a nasty engine rattle, a cold start clatter and very noisy hydraulic tappets. We had the chain and tensioner changed and did a fresh oil change. Although better there are still undesirable noises from the engine forcing me into selling the car after 3 and a half months.  Although Dan paid for the work to be done he wouldnt have the car back when i first mentioned the issues over a month ago when the car was still under warranty. So ive lost over a thousand pounds having to re sell the car. The car was rubbish not what youd expect from a 70k bmw costing 5k.  Not all the work was paid for to be fixed so the car still has issues with steering noise, windows and engine!  Shame really they seem to try their best but my experience was a bad one due to the car being rubbish and the money i have lost. I would have preferred the dealer to have just had the car back as it my opinion it wasnt fit for purpose. I told him this on several occassions. Very frustrating....
