Went to see a BMW 320d m sport Monday. By next Monday I drove my new car away. Quick and easy, very responsive and helpful with all the complications. Wasn't pushy to go with a specific finance company. Wanted the customer to get the best deal. Car drives like a dream and was in great condition. Would definitely recommend this garage.

Recently purchased a '61 plate Volvo C30 from AW Cars (April 2017) - a great car in good condition. Unfortunately it did develop a fault (warped brake discs) within a few days but to the establishments credit it was rectified at my earliest convenience. All the cars on the forecourt looked great - the chap that does the prep work / detailing certainly knows how to make any vehicle look it's best. Cannot fault the service, after sales and customer care that was afforded to me - an altogether pleasant purchasing experience.

purchased a saab 93 for £6000 on april 2015 and on day of purchased I noticed rear window was jamming a bit so they promised to fix it and carried out a repair which lasted 1 month then I had to return car for same repair to which they promised to fix it properly then 2 months later window has totally jammed and cannot be used ...this time when I call I get told that this is is not their problem and that window rubbers are not covered by warranty even tho it was agreed on the sale of car that this repair would be done properly
seems to be that the attitude of this garage totally changes to negative once you have parted with your cash so I would advise to avoid at all costs unless you are sure the car is 100% ok
