Spacious and clean hotel room with a lovely modern bathroom. We stopped for 1 night to break the journey up whilst travelling between Scotland and the South East of England and suited us perfectly. 
Convenient as located right next to the services on the A1 so is ideal for food and fuel. 
Rooms were not noisy considering we were close to the motorway. 
Comfy bed, plenty of mirror space and use of hairdryer and tea/coffee facility in room too.
Wifi was excellent, instant access. 
Must add - Room also came with free android phone to make calls and use internet too.

Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. We did not have any breakfast so unable to comment. Would definitely stay here again.

Really great budget hotel. Rooms are clean, warm, comfy and modern with ample plug sockets and free WiFi. Bathroom/wet room looked newly refurbished and the shower was wonderfully powerful. The staff were lovely and it's handy having a bar behind reception. Nice and close to the entrance to the service station which is great for a morning Costa fix!

Well where do I  start... arrival was fantastic! Staff brilliant. 
Building fantastic and clean. Then we get to our room (211) as soon as we walked in the room was freezing cold, it was November 3rd but thought there'd be some heat in there similar to hallway temp....whilst settling in we realised the closed window had had a terrible draft coming through which answered our question as to why room was so cold. 
Also the bathroom was freezing there was no heat at all in there. Once we got heater sorted room warmed up lovely but had to have it on constantly. 
Plus other downfalls of this room 211 it gets noisy as it's first room nearest lift so you get noisy people constantly walking past talking loudly and footsteps walking past. Plus people thinking it's funny knocking your door late at night 😮😠
Also we had a 2 night stay. Towels, bed, tea and coffee etc were changed but our cups weren't cleaned/changed 😡
