Room had a rather musty/old smell. Other than that it was relatively okay, certainly very cheap and useful being on the motorway. The staff were very welcoming and made the check in process very hassle free. It was clean and can’t really complain given how cheap it was. All service station amenities right on the door step too which is useful for a midnight snack!
All staff are amazing. The hotel is clean and easy to get to. The rooms are basic but clean. For the price you cannot go wrong. This hotel is dog friendly and all the staff make a fuss they even have doggy treats ready and waiting
Would give -10 if it was possible. Really dirty grubby place. Mould rather windows. The bathroom looked like it's not been washed in months. Cobwebs ever where. Carpet not vacuumed.
Not bad for a lodge on a motorway service area. Room worn but generally clean. Friendly staff - nice change to find staff with a smile .
Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The rooms are dirty, they smell of mould. Changed rooms, new room slightly better; however, still filthy. The bathroom is disgusting. House keeping is non existing!
