Week commencing 6th November I ordered a selection from the Great Chesterford shop. On 13th November when I called in to collect them I was told that the Bakery did not make them. I stated that I would collect them the next day. When I went they again stated that they were not made. I telephoned their head office and spoke to Mr Dorrington who expressed surprise as this was his favourite shop. He promised to look into the matter and phone me back. He left a message on the answerphone agreeing that it was in part their fault. Since then no contact. He has been -busy, not at work, busy. Such poor customer service should not go unrecognised. Stand Up Mr. Dorrington - Poor Customer Service winner - In my book anyway.

Had a very nice warm smilely welcome by Sandra (Thank you) and had two sausage baps, and one sausage roll and coffee. Scoffed the lot - delicious.The sausage roll was probably the best i have ever had, and I know a thing or two about sausage rolls !  Im def going back for more ! - Go there you wont be dissapointed. Thanks again Sandra
