No complaints, not a peep. Flakey pastry on sausage roll oooooo yeah bebe that’s the only way to do it. Horseradish and beef baguette! Note that horseradish comes before beef. My face is still recovering from the punch it packs. Coronation chicken baguette also banging. Doing it right yeyeeee
Lovely staff, delicious pastries and biscuits.
One of the only bakeries I've ever been to where the staff seem to be annoyed when you ask them to make a sandwich other than what is on display. I haven't left a review about this place in the past in case it's been a one -off but it's a frequent occurrence.
In this shop all depends on how lucky you are. One day I bought one bloomer finding out at home that it had a bubble inside so some slides had a hole. Another day I asked for a large bloomer but I got one flatter and smaller for the same price as a bigger one. When I complained and asked to swap it by a normal large one they told me they just received that bloomer with that size from the central store as "large" and even if it was flatter and smaller they couldn't swap it because I had left the shop with the bread. Technically I had put my two feet out of the shop before turning back in front of the shop asking to swap it. Funny because they well touched the bloomer with their bore hands before putting it into the plastic bag while I just touched the bag. At home I found out the bread was raw, not well baked.
Service is abysmal in here, the staff are extremely rude. I appreciate it isn't the most luxurious job in the world but service with a smile goes a mile. The food is tepid at best and overpriced for what it is. Avoid this place as if Coronavirus itself was looking at you in the face.
Customer service is shocking, I asked if they were still making sandwiches and the lady replied, no not really.. what does that even mean? I asked if they had any bread and was told no. Seriously, go home early if you can't be bothered to work on New Years Eve. Customer service was poor. Les miserables!
I sometimes visit on my lunch break. Great selection and will also make to order. Cant afford to go there for lunch every day but it's a great treat once or twice a week. Nice staff, good bakery !
Friendly staff greet and serve you promptly. Choose from wide range of ready-made baps, sandwiches and baguettes or order a custom one, then that will only take a couple of minutes. Fair prices too and drinks fridge and small snack bars available too.
Absolutely ridiculous , I can't understand how 2 small thin but of white bread with 2 cold sausages and a stiff slice of beacon can cost so much and then they have the nerve to charge for a tiny bit of ketchup which I wasn't told about till after they applied the source. Save your money and don't go
Good alternative to Greggs, food looks fresher and good choice. I need a bakers that stays open longer than 2pm as my lunchtime varies. Sadly parking can be an issue if in a hurry but otherwise very good.
