I ate here today and was very impressed. The staff were very friendly. The food was nice with a nice selection on the sandwich bar. The sausage rolls are delicious. But the most impressive thing is the cakes. The range and style of cakes that they have is brilliant and they are very tasty too. Would highly recommend.

EXCELLENT! The sheer quality of the cakes and other scrumptious delights ensures that this Bakery deserves its 5 stars. I was initially going to rate this branch as 4 star purely because of the limited seating and lack of a counter for people who just want to grab a quick bite. It can get quite busy in here and seating /standing room is limited, however I see from an earlier review that the site has recenly been refurbished. Is it too much to hope that Simmons opens another branch in Luton? (PLEASE) Maybe in the dreary Arndale? Or is it out of their 25 mile radius? I found that the staff are also friendly and helpful.

They have recently refurbished this bakery giving it a area where customers can eat in as well as the standard takeaway service. They have a good selection of savoury and sweet food. I would recommend the Oreo cake and fruit cheesecake. They are both very yummy. You will often have to queue before you are served. The only issue that I have with this Bakery is that it is quite expensive compared to others. However I would prefer to pay the price rather than use nearby places offering similar snacks as the quality is always good. The staff are polite and friendly too

Always handling food without wearing gloves have reported this but still they continue to do not sure how they get 5 stars from food agency
