This is hands down the best bakers around. Awesome choice of bread (get there early for the olive bread). Best sausage rolls! Try the ham and leak quiche - it is a favourite.

Best bakery in the area for my taste. Sourdough breads and French pastry. Their brownies are divine. Closed on Monday.

This bakery made my day at Hitchin. Delicious croissants, nice coffee, everything fresh and very kind personnel. Recommended.
