Great gym and pools, friendly and helpful staff. Family friendly environment, activities, great food. They have certainly upped their game. This is the 3rd time I have rejoined and have to mention the gym trainers are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and thorough when putting together/reviewing training programmes etc. Thanks to Matt for a great fun and informative initial session!

Great gym with excellent facility's. Can be difficult to contact the office if you have any issues hence the 4 stars.

Not bad, been here for tennis events, friendly staff and reasonable prices.

Gym equipment is looking tired, sauna looks as if it has never been cleaned (people's dead skin slowly building up between the Bench's) showers are also constantly filthy

The class instructors are excellent and the restaurant staff are very helpful. However the management are ridiculous and inflexible. It's an unfriendly club where quite often you walk in to a class and say hello and nobody responds. It's quite a snobby club and other members can be very stuck up. After a year you have to give 3 months notice to cancel so be warned. Even if you move away to uni. Unless there is not a DL within 10 miles and then they will let you off with a months notice. But they won't believe you unless you prove it!
