Hello , I am a Landlord who has been in the business for many years. I have one flat in Highbury which I decided to rent through the Local Agent , David Andrew. I was really pleased with the very speedy and efficient way they have found wonderful Tenants for me. At a fair rent to me and my new Tenants. I thought I would take the trouble to write this as I feel that I would recommend them to other Landlords. They have given me an excellent service.. Well Done to all at David Andrew , Highbury.

Warning!!!! 52 A, AXMINSTER RD -- DO NOT RENT THIS FLAT!!!! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! If I could give zero stars I would. David Brett (MD) is rude & condescending. It seems that no one is organised in the entire firm except for the new person in property management (Chelsea). Nothing but problems since the day we moved into our flat. All windows painted & locked shut when we moved in and it took them 2 weeks to have someone open them during a massive heatwave last year. We have had black mould and damp for the past 9 months, 4 massive leaks in the kitchen from the poor installation of the kitchen extension. They book someone to come out to fix a problem and the scheduled David Andrew employee just doesn't turn up and have to chase them down with multiple emails/phone calls to have anything done. Warning!!!! 52 A, AXMINSTER RD is riddled with damp, leaks, black mould and the if you like sleeping past 6am, good luck as the upstairs neighbours are really loud and don't care about the tenants below them.

We wanted to express our gratitude for David Andrew's support and excellent service when we looked for flats. It's not very common to be treated so welcomingly and to have such an invested agent as Fraser. We really appreciate it and the next time we look for flats we will definitely come to David Andrew again.

Fraser and Kasim were very helpful throughout our rental process. This was our first time renting in London and, to be honest, we didn't know what to expect. Although we had problems with the first property we wanted to rent (because of the landlord), they were quick to find another flat that suited our needs and budget, and in no time we were moving in! Thank you!

I could not have been happier with the service that I received from Kasim and his team. He showed us several properties which all fit our criteria and secured the right one the next day. I have dealt with a lot of agents over the years and this is by far the best experience I have had.
