Richard and Frankie were absolutely brilliant. We had a difficult set of circumstances and needed to sell our house asap. Richard came over on a Sunday and put our house on Rightmove the same day. They promised us they could sell our house within 2 weeks. They managed it in 10 days! They were always approachable and contactable and always returned our calls. We would highly recommend Kings group and especially want to thank Richard and Frankie for their hard work.
I recently sold my flat with Richard at Kings. Richard went above and beyond to sort a major issue that came up and managed to get the sale done. Very professional and understanding and took the time to explain things fully to me. Highly recommend
Richard has been incredibly helpful and a pleasure to work with during a recent purchase. Richard went above and beyond to make sure our purchase went through and was always at the end of the phone for any updated needed alongside his proactive approach to ensure the purchase went through as quickly as possible. Brilliant experience! Spoke with Keon in-store and he was beyond helpful. He explained the process of purchasing a property, getting a mortgage and what he could offer me. We found a few that I am interested in and I will always come to Kings where property is concerned, just because of their excellent customer service skills. Lovely young lad and I can’t recommend Kings enough.
I have recently May 2022 ended a tenancy in a property I found via Kings Group Hackney. I am now unfortunately unable to retrieve my deposit as my landlady has apparently refused to give Kings Group permission to do so despite the fact that there are no issues whatsoever in terms of damage to the property or missing rent etc. The agent who originally dealt with me at the Hackney Branch has gone to ground and has not replied to a single e-mail I've sent regarding this situation I believe he has moved to another nearby branch Meanwhile Kings Group Head Office has been quite unhelpful, sending sporadic terse responses to my messages and providing little in the way of concrete help. I have been forced to open a case with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme but have no idea when this issue will be resolved. Please beware of the landlords Kings Group work with. I've learned the hard way some are quite unscrupulous and Kings Group will do very little to help if difficulties arise. If KG respond to this review I'm sure it will be along the lines of "we find tenants but do not manage this property" as they absolve themselves of all responsibility! UPDATE: Further to the comment from Kings Group below, the landlord has indeed agreed that Kings Group can release my deposit but to date their Accounts has not transferred this to me. I have asked for an update and received zero response. I was informed by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme that Kings Group assured them that I had received my deposit and the matter was closed but this is certainly not the case!
We have been so impressed by Kings Group Hackney. They have helped us sell our flat and buy our house. We believe we got a good price for the sale of our flat and we had offers only a few weeks into viewings. Our Sales Negotiator Terry Hartley has been amazing. He has always been at the end of the phone when we needed him and has helped liaise between everyone. As everyone knows, buying a house is really stressful but Terry has been cool and calm when we needed him to be! Jack Shorten, the Sales Manager has also been fantastic. He has worked tirelessly to keep the chain together. There were times when the whole thing could have fallen apart but thanks to Jack, he managed to keep everything on track. One thing we have been so impressed with is the communication from Kings. They keep you updated throughout and always return your calls! I couldn't recommend them more. Thank you guys.
Good honest people. Adam Plank is a top bloke. Was always there for us when we needed him throughout the house buying process. The team is passionate about giving good customer service and will do everything they can to be helpful and offer advice.
