I had a very nice experience with Ariel Luppo. He drove me to visit 4 flats and was explaining interesting things about each neighborhood and each flats. Unfortunately we couldn't negociate down the prices of the flat which was interesting to me but I will certainly recommend Foxton to find a housing in London.

READ BEFORE YOU WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH FOXTONS!!!
On 17/10/2017, The letting manager Alex Fleet whom I had 0 contact with before, trespassed my flat with my landlord without the 24hs written notice required by Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 Section 11 (6).  

Under the Housing Act 1988 and Protection from Eviction Act 1977, neither does my landlord or any agent has the right to enter my flat without 24H WRITTEN NOTICE or a court permission . What they have done was TRESPASS and HARASSMENT which disturbed my peace and comfort and left me in distress. What made their behavior even more pathetic is that it was done by someone in management position. Which shows not just the IGNORANCE OF THE LAW of Foxtons as well as the lack of common sense and basic respect for tenant rights. 

At last, by any means AVOID FOXTONS LIKE A PLAGUE especially if you are a international student or worker!!!!!!!!!!! Otherwise don't be surprised to find some agent with your landlord trespassing your private space like your rights means nothing.

With Ariel Luppo's help, I was able to find a fantastic flat in London in just 2 weeks. He was extremely useful and very very supportive as he was always available for phone calls . It was very evident that he really wanted to help me out and wasn't interested in just doing his job. He definitely went beyond the expectations. If you are looking to work with Foxtons, definitely ask to work with Ariel. A definite life saver!
