I have dealt with many estate agents in the past and I can honestly say, Simon Bray and the team at Hudsons are unique.  Their welcoming attitude shows the minute you step into Reception.  They are excellent at understanding the customer needs when looking for a property. 
Committed to deal with the purchase of my new flat from start to finish, Simon went beyond my expectations with his "can do" / "leave it with me" attitude.  Overall, they followed and managed each step of the process with both solicitors, making it seamless and quicker than any purchase in my life!
I would definitely recommend Hudsons to purchase or sell your property!

Spencer was brilliant..he was representing the vendor and my boss was purchasing the property. Spencer was highly professional and knowledgeable. He was helpful, every step of the way and was always on hand to answer any questions and regularly went out of his way to help. Thank you Spencer!

Quite simply, Jonathan is the best agent in his area. He found our company the perfect space and negotiated a deal that left both sides extremely happy, and all with humour, wisdom and patience. The rest of his team complement him well and the overall service and value were excellent.

We moved to a new flat in Fitzrovia with Hudsons 18 months ago and the property management has been absolutely great. It is our third flat in London and Hudsons is by far the best agency. Before we moved in, the flat had numerous issues. Joanne at Hudsons has been impressively pro-active and efficient coordinating and tackling all of them. Construction took place in the flat to renew the flooring and again the property management has been very helpful and made the process smooth. I want to say a big thanks to Joanne and the team at Hudsons for helping us to have such a spotless flat in such a short period of time. This is definitely a five star ranking

We have been dealing with Hudsons Property on the lettings side for the past seven years and now use them exclusively to rent out our properties (residential and commercial) in Fitzrovia. 
We are very happy with the service, and the staff are excellent. They are very accommodating and easy to deal with, know and find the kind of tenants we prefer and achieve the required rents. The admin and accounts people are extremely efficient and we never have to wait for transfer of funds. Highly recommend.
