Honestly really impressed. The guy I believe accidentally tried to charge me 50p more and was very apologetic, but the pizza was WAY WAY better than I thought it was going to be. I had a veggie hot one, and would definitely get it again. No idea how this isn’t more highly rated
Pizza was good as usual but the delivery driver who usually delivers my pizza tried to steal my drink! After telling him 3 times I've ordered a drink he took it out of his pocket and gave it to me and he walked away without a word! And I order like one pizza every 1-2 weeks! Really disapointed!
I’m not one to leave a bad review but this place is about 12 min away from my apartment yet it took 2 hours to deliver a medium sized pizza and coke. After contacting the restaurant several times I had no answer. When the food arrived it was cold, and was missing 4 of the toppings it was meant to have. condensation had made parts of the cardboard fall in to the pizza so I can guarantee it must have been on the side for a long time. Please stay away from from this restaurant it’s absolutely appalling
I called to order a pizza with ham and mushroom in it, when I asked if anything from their set menu had ham or mushroom in it they hung up on me for asking too many questions. Was a loyal customer but decided never to use again after they threatened me for asking for the manager to make a complaint. They don't value their customers, and you may be subject to unexpected abuse
Well over an hour late despite being a less than 10 minute walk away. Had to call repeatedly and every time was told it was just a few minutes away. Absolutely no apology or care given when it finally arrived. The pizza itself had clearly been reheated, and composed of very cheap ingredients. Wanted to support our local pizza place, but can't see myself ever returning after this experience.
Great service, quick and efficient. Use of good genuine ingredients and generous with the toppings. Pizza was wonderfully cooked in the wooden oven, a bit crispy on the edge, was very pleased with it. Will definitely go back.
I had a craving for wood fire pizza and after reading positive reviews of this place I dropped by in person to order and collect. I guess the beauty of online/telephone ordering is you don't see how your pizza is made. The guy looked very grimey and was coughing, sneezing and spluttering all over the place, including over all the ingredients pots and the doughs on the table being prepared. He didn't once wash his hands, it was filthy to watch. Whilst in there another customer came in and he got overcharged by £3, when he queried the guy just smiled wrly and said "I make you big pizza" - that's not what the guy ordered. Disgusting experience all round, never again. Those ordering online, try going into the shop and seeing the poor hygiene for yourself, it's the worst I've seen in the area. The way he was so brazen about it when he knew he was on full view of the customers is sickening. God knows what happens in the back where they prepare the pastas and other non pizza items. Needless to say I cancelled and didn't eat. I filmed the guy spluttering over everything and will be sending it to food hygiene, how they got their 5* sticker in the window is beyond me.
Food mediocre, wouldn’t order again. Issues with delivery refusal to meet me at my door and was very late. When I called the restaurant about this, they proceeded to be extremely stand-offish which escalated to swearing and threats that I come to their shop… strange and unnecessary.
1am and this guys are taking more then an hour for a delivery literally 3 minutes away from me. Called and some guy was tryin to tell me its very busy the driver left and its gonna be there in 2 minutes. One time one of their drivers was tryin to convince me the lasagnas he brought were actually the calzones i ordered. If you got other options dont bother with this place st least not for a delivery
Fancied a wood oven pizza very rarely get pizza delivery I know why. Really poor quality pizza greasy, poor quality mozzarella I ordered extra toppings for both pizzas neither one had them,when I phoned up to complain Salim I think it was said "I put them on your pizzas" When I offered to send him a picture to prove they weren't on the pizza he offered two free toppings next time. That's not going to happen really poor quality pizza and overpriced never again.
