We asked Dale Saunders to replace three radiators. In the sitting room this meant removing one small radiator entirely and replacing the second with a larger radiator. Danny from Dale Saunders was more than willing to discuss options on whether to lift the flooring or modify the existing pipework and exactly where to hang the replacements radiators. His main concern was that we should be happy with end result. He was considerate and courteous at all times. it was a real pleasure to have him working in the house. 
Several days later I noticed signs of damp where the smallest radiator had been removed. Lifting the small patch in the flooring there was a small amount of water. I phoned Dale Saunders and Danny returned the following. In capping the pipes to the old radiator in a very restricted space an old solder joint had cracked. Rather than simply repair the leak, Danny reworked a larger section of piping to eliminate several old joints and reduce the risk of any further problems. We were really impressed by the prompt response and the trouble taken to fix this problem, and that he would fix it however long it took, with no further charge to us. Really professional service. We'll certainly be using Dale Saunders again.

My husband was VERY impressed. WE, Dale Saunders Ltd) will be there at 8 they said .....    AND they were! Ben turned up on the dot - knew exactly what the problem was and resolved it. New pump fitted, heating now working, brilliant. I have and will continue to recommend this company.

Discussed with Dale a possible central heating update.  We opted for a new Worcester Bosch boiler and new unvented hot water cylinder to be relocated in the loft.  This included removal of the two existing cold water storage tanks and pipe work etc. We are very pleased with the result, a brilliant job done cleanly and efficiently, thanks to Carl and Jamie.  The actual price came in at lower than the already competitive quotation and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dale Saunders Ltd.

Danny showed great skill and professionalism at dealing with difficult taps to take off. He dealt with lots of queries for us and went the extra mile to get the job done - putting in a shower - as well as working effectively within a time-scale. We wholly recommend the company and particularly Danny!

Professional, honest, friendly. Danny built me a whole new copper tap and I’m thrilled with it. Highly recommend this company, they’ve been a pleasure to deal with.
