I had a new Vaillant boiler installed by Mitchell’s several years ago and been so satisfied with the service since. I recently had some new radiators and this was completed so calmly and efficiently - a pleasure to have them working in my house. Simon, Lisa and the team are always there to help. I have every confidence in them.
Many thanks to Simon, Lisa and John for installing my parents’ new boiler. We had thought that this could well be somewhat tricky but Mitchell Heating Services carried out the work swiftly, pleasantly and efficiently with no inconvenience to us. Thank you, from “the Goldsmiths”.
We have been using Mitchell's for several years and find them to be excellent at all times. They installed our system and it simply works. Servicing is always done to schedule. Recently we had a problem with the thermostat and the cylinder. In both cases the problems were diagnosed and resolved and we were kept informed of what was happening. Simon even got the thermostat changed for us at no cost, even though the warranty was out of date.
A boiler replacement in a very tight cupboard space but the engineer, with a great eye for detail, did a super job which was completed to a very high standard and well within the agreed timescale.
Our heating system was not operating efficiently with some radiators not working at all. I contacted Mitchell Heating and spoke to Lisa who was more than helpful and friendly. Simon spent a lot of time assessing the problem and advised the course of action. John carried out the work in the most friendly, efficient and professional manner. The result was a perfectly working heating system. I would not hesitate in recommending such a dedicated and delightful team.
My elderly parents used Mitchell's to service their boiler for over twenty years, for the past few years when they became unable to manage I have had many dealings with the company. Everyone from engineers to office staff and owners has always been unfailingly polite, kind, trustworthy and efficient - and remembers who we are as real people. I only wish I could find a company like this where I live! I wholeheartedly recommend Mitchell's
I contacted Lisa at Mitchell Heating a couple of days back about at issue with a leaking water tank. The cylinder is only 4 years old and i was battling to get a firm diagnosis - she spoke to one of their engineers and he was able to tell me the most likely cause from photos I had sent over and advise me accordingly. She spent time explaining things to me and suggested the best course of action to take moving forward. They were kind and helpful and I was so grateful as the guy that charged me nearly £3,000 4 years earlier for this install wasn't interested in even going out to look at the leaking tank Mark Blackburn from Affordable Heating & Plumbing Services Eastbourne.
I have used Mitchell Heating since I moved to Eastbourne 25 years ago and have always been delighted with their service. Simon and Lisa are a pleasure to deal with and their engineers are efficient and polite. Annual servicing ensures I have not had any problems with my heating since it was installed. I have been dealing with Mitchell Heating Services since arriving in Eastbourne in 2006 and have had nothing but excellent service throughout. Simon, Lisa and all their team have always been a pleasure to deal with, were able to keep my original 1990 system going into its dotage before successfully and efficiently installing a new system in 2018. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services for maintenance or installation, and, as I leave Eastbourne, I can only say thank you a job well done!
Mitchell Heating are our go to company for any heating services, quite frankly they are superb. To have someone who, from the first phone call, listens to the problem, decides in a knowledgeable way, the best solution and then just does it. I cannot speak to highly of the customer service and attention to detail. If you want honest, efficient and reliable work, just call them.
