Bath fitted, but overflow not connected causing leaks and damage to ceiling beneath. Took Neil over a month to come and fix after I had had to remove the front panel to see where the leak was coming from and prove the overflow hadn't been connected properly, which Neil denied. In addition, front panel cracked and warped within weeks due to contact with water - material used not appropriate for a bathroom! Neil argued that this panel is not supposed to get wet...in a bathroom! Neil refused to replace or supply manufacturers information. All in all a very poor and costly experience.
