A prompt and efficient repair on a conservatory roof which the original suppliers felt unable to rectify. The manager was very helpful in assessing the problem and arranged for a fitter to call. The fitter was extremely efficient and was obviously keen to do a good job. The problem was solved and the cosmetic result of the repair was superb. I would thoroughly recommend this firm. Just had DGS Windows back to fit more doors and windows for the second time. I was so impressed with their work ethic when they fitted me a new front door, that I knew they were the company I wanted to fit my new BI-fold doors and a window to my new kitchen extension and I can't praise them highly enough. They are a family run business and you can really tell they care about their customers. From when Paul surveyed, and Joanne booked the fitting date, to when Andy and Ian fitted the windows, the whole team have been polite, courteous and kept me well informed throughout the whole process. I would also like to say that Adam and Ian are a credit to DGS Windows in the way they conducted themselves at my property, both were polite, hard working and very professional in all aspects of their work, and left the property spotless. They have done another fantastic job for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Mr S Scott 64, St. Georges Road, Cullercoats.
