Nigel delivered my sons new bikes today around lunch time. I had been going to get both my and my Wife's bikes serviced so we could use them, they were just gathering cobwebs in the garage. I mentioned this to Nigel, he quoted me the prices (very reasonable) and whisked them off. The bikes were back with me less than 6 hours later, cleaned, serviced and almost like new. Mine with new cables. The service was fantastic at any time but this close to Christmas? The cost was very reasonable and no 'additions'. Thank you CycleWorld! Five well deserved stars.

Popped into this store today to fix my bike expecting a bit bill or warranty claim. The gentleman simply tightened up a few bits and it's as good as new. Best of all he didn't charge me. He's got himself a new customer. Awesome job... Thank you very much

Helpful. Answered my questions honestly I think. There was a sale on a bike, of the type I was looking for, and I ended up buying it, so that can't be bad! My one reservation is that: although in stock, I could not take it away with me there and then, as they needed to do checks on it in their workshop. OK I thought but it wasn't to be available the next day either, as they had a full day's work booked in. OK you might well think except that it was quiet in the shop when I called, as the road was closed for a few hours, due to a house fire. So he could have offered to have it possibly ready later in the day I think.

My friend took her bike to you wanting a new chain for her 9 speed bike. You sold her a SRAM PC951 chain in a bag (not the retail box), and charged her £20. The RRP is $18 or 19 euros. She was able to get a refund from you, and we ordered the chain from amazon for £9.49 including delivery. Why do you feel like you can charge so much for a chain? And above the recommended price? And why was it in a random bag not the retail box? I want to support local shops but when they demonstrably rip people off like this I just can't.

Bought a Cannondale Bike here. Had a problem with the bike. This store could not do enough to help. Amazing. Top place to buy kit. Good advice, too.
