Had an intermittent problem with my wife’s E-bike. I took the bike in to Cyclehouse where it was diagnosed, fault found and sorted out. I was kept informed of how the job was progressing, that there was a short wait for spare parts and when the bike would be returned. The lads in the shop are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We have had excellent service from buying the bike to having it repaired and I can thoroughly recommend buying from Cyclehouse. Thanks Guys!
Bought my bike from here 18 months ago & was extremely satisfied with the customer service, knowledge & professionalism of the staff. I took my bike in for a standard service yesterday with a concern over my gears. A few hours later & the work was complete. Had it explained what had been done & given advisory’s for upcoming months. When riding home, my bike felt exactly as it did when it was new. Will only ever continue with these guys.
Bought a bike from there for my son who just turned 4. Amazing customer service as soon as we stepped through the door. Have been to a few other places that sells bicycles but compared to others this store felt fresh and the staff seemed knowledgeable.
I've used CycleHouse a few times now, including the repair of my daughter's bike today, and so far found them to be fast, professional, friendly and surprisingly! inexpensive. No hesitation in giving them 5 stars. Will be using them for all bike-related things for the foreseeable.

Bought 2 ebikes back in October from Cyclehouse. We received excellent information about what specifications to look for and without being pushy. They have since been in for their first service and each time we have visited, all staff are very friendly and helpful despite how busy they may be. I was in the market to purchase an e bike. I did online research. The staff at cyclehouse helped me get the bike, that best suited my needs, price and features. They are professional and knowledgeable. I purchased a Scott e bike.
Been there a few times now and they are by far the best bike shop I have been to as they always are happy to help and sort any problems straight out and when it comes to bike issues they will start price wise from the bottom up saving any unnecessary expenses
Today did 33 miles around Lancaster on my new Forme Peak Trail 1E, bought from Cyclehouse Warrington. They had sourced the bike earlier than I expected, which was good, and I picked it up very well prepared and ready to go. This bike is fantastic and Simon at Cyclehouse advised me very well as to make, model and size. Result? I have great bike at a good price which is super to ride - I rode with 3 other e-bikes today and my bike easily outperformed them, finishing with more than half the charge left. I recommend Cyclehouse Warrington.
Lovely, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely continue to use Cyclehouse. I've had two bikes and services from here so this review is based on more than one interaction.
